Sampling:
Our sampling section is always ready to acquire your confidence. Inform us your size specifications with a sketch along with measurement, we will provide you our sample within one week after receiving the sketch for your justification.
Production planning:
Ensuring quality as desired by our valued customers is delivered on time is paramount. We strive hard with our valued factories by making sure that orders are executed on time from the start to end. Quality of work is checked at each step of production. If errors are discovered early in the process, they can usually be corrected. Inspection is done by the workers themselves and also by the factory production Manager or a floor worker who supervises production flow. In addition, we usually check quality on a daily basis on the spot. Completed garments are examined again by the finishers and by the shipping clerk as they are pulled for delivery on time.
Our key responsibilities are:
1. sampling of merchandise to specifications.
2. Check the buyer required accessories are used for production or not.
3. Time to time production flow updates to the buyer.
4. Quality assurance and inspection of the goods.
5. Regular communication and co-ordination.
6. Defect analysis and advice on prevention of defects.
7. Facilitate and co-ordinate the Buyer’s visits to Bangladesh.
8. Carry out other special instruction of buyers.
